Materials: 8" square white paper, various mediums for pages, paper marbling supplies"

I made large photo copies of eyes for the students to work from. They drew grids on them and transfered the drawings to plain paper. They added values with shadows. The second drawing they transfered their drawing to black paper and drew highlights with white charcoal. The third drawing was scratchboard, where they took the concepts of the first two drawings and combined them to create different values with only black and white options. The culminating project was printmaking.
