Vocabulary Words: Shape, color mixing

Materials: 12x18" white paper, black glue, tempera cakes, paintbrushes

We drew this happy little frog several times before finally drawing him "for real" with black glue. We then mixed two different colors of green to differentiate the frog from the lily pad, and different blues for the sky and water.
